Assignment #2: Design for Artifact Page
Due April 26

To get ready for the Artifact Project, you will complete a short worksheet:

1. Right click on this link and choose Save Target As
2. Save the file to your My Documents folder.
3. After the file is saved, choose Open and edit the file in Microsoft Word.
4. When you're done, exit Word.
5. Do not use Word to save the file to the outbox. Copy the file to the Outbox using the standard method.

Assignment #3: Paper Layout for Artifact Page
Due April 28

The artifact project is only one web page. I want you to concentrate on the artistic part of web page design and really focus on a page that is pleasing to the eye.

Draw a layout of your artifact page on a piece of paper.

This should be a better quality drawing than the last paper layout assignment. When I look at your paper layout it should be easy for me to understand what your final page will look like.

Your journal is name ProjectJournal and is located in the outbox inside dlevine inside readable inside your class period inside your name.

Each team will fill out one copy of the design worksheet. You'll find the worksheet in your team's folder inside the outbox. Don't rename or copy the file, just fill it out and save it.

Sketch the layout of each of your three web pages. Make sure that I have graded your layout and keep to use when you make your website.

Assignment #13: Final Project Rough Draft
Due June 9

Your rough draft should be good enough for me to give you feedback.

Each page is worth up to five points. You'll get all five points if the page's words, picture, and design are mostly complete.

Assignment #14: Final Project Peer Review
Due June 12

I will provide details during class.
